Store Policies

Through out this document the terms “We”, “our”, or derivative of refers to Helder’s Game Tech. “You”, “Your”, or derivative of refers to the customer.

This document serves as our Store Policies, Terms, and Conditions. All orders placed require your agreement with the below terms and policies. If you’ve placed an order, you’ve agreed to the below store policies, terms, and conditions without exception. Please read this document fully before placing an order.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping Rates

We use a flat rate shipping for most products. Some products are much heavier and will have an added shipping cost to them. This added cost will show on the checkout page.

Shipping and Handling Time

We ship via USPS Monday through Friday. If there is a Holiday, we will ship the next available business day. Please allow 2-3 business days of handing time unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items require longer handling times, specifically 3D printed parts that take a long time to print. For those orders, please allow 3-5 business days. Weekends do not count towards handling time.

Direct sales to the UK

Due to new VATs laws as of January 1, 2021, we are currently not shipping to the UK.

Other European Countries I am no longer shipping to :

Denmark, Italy, Spain and France

Taxes, Duties, and Other Fees

It’s a good idea to know your country’s laws before making a purchase. For information specific to your region, contact your local customs office.

Our prices do not include local taxes, duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or any other fees you may receive when your package arrives.

Please consider all fees before placing your order. You are responsible for any fees applied by your country’s customs office. If an order is returned to us due to you refusing to accept the package, we will refund you your original order total minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. We will also have to block you from ordering in the future.

Returned or Lost Packages

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will refund you your order total minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee which covers fees that are unrecoverable from financial institutions. Once a label is used for shipping it’s consumed. Labels can not be reused and therefore subtracted from the refund.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for items that are unused, unopened and the condition they were sent in as well as items that are mechanically defective. It is required you use are contact form’s “RMA Request” option to request a refund.

If you are outside the 30 day return period, we reserve the right to decline any return or refund request. If we choose to accept a return after 30-days, we will charge a 20% restocking fee on the order.

Return Process

Once you have contacted us with the intent to return an order, will we evaluate the request and if approved a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and return address will be provided to you via email.

Once we received the order back and verify the condition, we will refund the cost of the item(s) returned through the payment method originally used for the order.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

RMA codes are valid for 30 days upon being issued. If you do not ship the item(s) back within 30 days, the RMA is considered void and you will need to reach out to us again for another RMA code. As mentioned above, orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee or denied all together.

Reasons not covered by our return policy:

  • Broken or damage caused by installation error by you
  • Postage related issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages)
  • Minor imperfections on products
  • Discounted or sale items

This is not a complete list but is provided for connivence

Reasons for not getting all of your money back after we’ve received your return:

  • The returned product(s) is not in the condition it was sent in (i.e it is now broken or damaged)
  • The returned product(s) show signs of tampering
  • The returned product(s) don’t have everything they were shipped out with (i.e. if a product shipped with cables and you fail to send those back)

We have the right to deny a return request.


We’re very retro-centric with our products and though we strive to test every possible console variation, we can’t be held liable for the condition of your personal console due to age, wear, electronic defects, previous modifications, software, firmware, etc.

Helder’s Game Tech is not liable for any damages caused by customers following our guides or using our products in ways they were not intended or designed for.

Harassment & Defamation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and defamation of any kind. This includes harsh language or tones via email or social media. If we feel you are being unreasonably hurtful in your verbiage or tone, we have the right to block you as a customer and any further communication with you. We will also retain any information (posts, emails, comments, IP addresses, etc) from the harasser and provide it to proper authorities if need be. We also retain all information regarding defamation.
