Your PlayStation 4 Controller no longer charging? or the Micro USB port is damaged then get one of these Replacement Circuit Boards to fix it back to functional conditional.

Please check which board your controller uses as there are many variations used among the series of PlayStation 4 Controllers by opening the controller up and comparing to the images of each board listed here.

Be sure to grab a new Flex Ribbon while you are replacing the Circuit Board with the links below. The blue board JDS-001 is the only 14 Pin Ribbon circuit board, all others use a 12 Pin Ribbon.
